Training & Certifications:

All of our Inspectors are highly trained with years of full time service as home inspectors. We are required by our national associations to have at least 20 hours per year of continuing education. On our team you will find ASHI members (American Society of Home Inspectors), GAHI members (Georgia Association of Home Inspectors), International Building Code certified inspectors, and a Level I Thermographer (Certified in the use of Infra-Red Camera's). We have also received training in Radon and Mold Testing.

Our Inspectors have a passion for informing you about the home you are about to purchase. We only allow on our team those who have a customer service orientation and truly enjoy what they do.
